Perform the following scenario:

1. Open the Content Editor.
    
2. Set focus on any item. Click the Show Editor button.
    
3. Select some text.
    
4. Click on the Hyperlink Manager icon. Select Type = File.
   
5. Enter file://C:/1.txt (1.txt should exist) into the URL field.
    
6. Click the Ok button. Click the Accept button.
    
7. Save the item.

Start the Preview and try to click on the added link. Nothing occurs, the link doesn't work. Is it an expected behaviour?
